Do you accept international samples?
Yes. We accept samples from researchers, organisations, and manufacturers worldwide. Please declare shipments as 'Scientific Research Sample — No Commercial Value' and use a tracked shipping service.
How much sample do I need to send?
Minimum quantities vary by test. For HPLC purity testing we require at least 5mg of peptide. For small molecule quantitative analysis, 50mg is typical. If your available quantity is limited, contact us before submitting.
Are my results kept confidential?
Absolutely. Client identities are never disclosed on public certificates. Your certificate is published with a client reference ID only. We operate under German data protection law (BDSG) and EU GDPR.
What format are results delivered in?
You receive a PDF Certificate of Analysis signed by a qualified analyst, plus a unique certificate ID and QR code for the online verification portal.
Do you issue certificates for regulatory submissions?
Yes. Our ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation means our certificates are recognised for regulatory purposes in the EU and many international jurisdictions.
Can I request a retest if I dispute the results?
Yes. We retain sample aliquots for 30 days post-analysis. Contact us within this window to request a retesting investigation.
